Download Version:
1. Double click K7AV_Setup.exe icon.
2. Click Next in the InstallShield Wizard.
3. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement and then click the Next button.
4. Enter your Name, Serial Number and Email address in the relevant boxes and click Next button.
5. Click Install to begin the installation
6. Click Finish to complete the installation and click Yes to restart the computer.

CD Version:
1. Place K7 AntiVirus CD into your CD or DVD drive.
2. Click Install K7 AntiVirus.
3. Click Next in the InstallShield Wizard.
4. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement and then click the Next button.
5. Enter your Name, Email address and Serial Number in the relevant boxes and click Next button.
6. Click Install to begin the installation.

2.If I lost the product, how can I reinstall it?

For the Download version:
If you have K7AV_Setup.exe file on your computer, you can use the same file for the reinstallation.

3.What should I do before proceeding with the installation of your product?

1. Remove windows temporary files.
2. Uninstall any antivirus software that is currently on your computer.
3. Check the Free hard disk space.
4. Close all the applications before proceeding with the installation.

4.How can I activate the product?

You can activate the program using one of the two following ways:
1. Use Activate Now option in the Middle panel of the Main console (OR)
2. Use Activate Now option in the Activation Reminder that pops up once you restart the PC after completing the installation. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the activation.

Steps to activate K7 AntiVirus:
1. Double click K7 icon in the system tray. K7 AntiVirus main console opens.
2. Click the option Click here to activate now on the License Information panel. The product Activation dialog opens.
3. Click next to begin the activation and click Next in the product Activation dialog which gives registration information.
4. Click next to proceed with the activation. The activation status will be displayed finally and click Close.

5.How do I uninstall K7 AntiVirus?

To remove K7 AntiVirus through the Control Panel:
1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel, double-click the Add or Remove Programs option.
3. Select K7 AntiVirus in the Currently installed programs list and click Remove.
4. Follow the instructions on your screen to remove the software and Restart the system.
