As per the End user License agreement, K7TotalSecurity can be installed on one computer. However if you want to install the product on more than one computer, you can purchase multiple licenses.

It is not recommended to use more than one AntiVirus software on a computer.

3. What should I do before proceeding with the installation of your product?

1. Remove windows temporary files.
2. Uninstall any AntiVirus software that is currently on your computer.
3. Check the Free hard disk space.
4. Close all the applications before proceeding with the installation.

4. What are the basic steps that have to be done regularly to keep my pc safe?

1. Ensure that you have the most recent virus definitions.
2. Don't open unexpected attachments. Email attachments are the major source of virus infections.
3. Back up your data regularly.
4. Scan all new software before you install it.
5. If your computer starts acting strangely, run a virus scan.

5. How will I submit a virus sample?

1. Update K7 Total Security with the latest virus definitions and run a full System Scan.
